EM-Active (EMa) is mainly a powerful soil conditioner, actively contributing to the vegetative growth of plants, the strengthening of their root system, as well as flowering and fruiting. At the same time, it breaks down organic matter and improves the effectiveness of fertilizers, making it particularly beneficial when applied in combination with them. In addition, it enhances the photosynthetic capacity of plants.
Its use in agriculture revitalizes soil microorganisms, thus contributing to the production of organic fertilizer (Bokashi). Through the fermentation process, valuable substances such as sugar compounds, organic acids, vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants are produced. These act as ideal food for micro-organisms, which then enrich the soil and feed the plants.
EM-Active also has strong antimicrobial action, suppressing pathogenic bacteria and thus contributing to the protecting the soil from diseases and pests.

Active microorganisms, have a positive effect on the microbial environment (soil, plants, skin, surfaces in the household and rejuvenate it.. They remain “alive” and continue to work in any environment. This means that regenerative microorganisms dominate and pathogenic microbes are suppressed. They are applied where bacteria live: in soil and plant (garden and agriculture), in animal husbandry, on the skin (cosmetics), in lakes and water bodies or in cleaning. They also accelerate the transformation of organic materials and prevent rotting .

Dosage by area of application
- Watering in vegetable gardens, indoor and outdoor pots : EM-Active once a week 1:200 (20 ml EM-Active in 10 litres of water) or every watering with a 1:1000 solution (10 ml EM-Active in 10 litres of water).
- Crops: 1-3 litres/acre/week, depending on the organic matter
- Tree crops: 1-2 lit per acre, 4-6 times a year.
- Spiders: Dilute in water 1-4% and spray every 7-30 days.
- Composting: Spray with 1 litre of EM-Active 1m 3 compost, apply an additional 0,1 litre of EM-Active when adding more organic matter.
- To improve the room climate: 10 to 30 ml in 1 litre of water.
- For furniture, floor and tile care: 5-15 ml in 5 litres of water.
- For dust binding (antistatic effect): 10 to 30 ml in 5 litres of water.
- Against unpleasant odours: 10 to 30 ml to 10 litres of water.
- For washing: 10 ml up to 40 °C
- For cleaning sewage pipes: use the insoluble
- For skin diseases and wounds: spray without dilution.
Dosage for the hygiene of farm-equipment etc.
Maintenance: For one week spray daily. Once the smell has disappeared, continue spraying 1-2 times a week, with 5-10ml/litre of water. General cleaning: 10 – 50 ml / litre of water. 2-3 times a year.
Since all the above applications are based on the fact that we cover the surfaces with beneficial microorganisms that neutralize pathogens, we can use the same reasoning to wash lettuce and all vegetables with EM-Active (in a dilute solution) before using them. In this way, in addition to breaking down the pesticides, the products acquire a special freshness and become much more resistant to storage.
